These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile games, applications, and related services provided by SyGame (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the game.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to lawfully accept these Terms in your jurisdiction in order to use the game.

If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your country or region, you must use the game only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

The game is licensed, not sold.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

(a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the game;

(b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the game, except where permitted by applicable law;

(c) cheat, exploit bugs, use automation tools, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software;

(d) interfere with or disrupt the game, servers, networks, or related systems;

(e) use the game for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;

(f) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the game or any part of it without our prior written consent.

4. Gameplay, Progress, and Availability

The game may include local save data, device-based progress, cloud-related platform features, rankings, or other gameplay systems.

We do not guarantee that any game progress, rankings, scores, settings, or virtual content will always be available, preserved, or recoverable.

We may add, remove, modify, rebalance, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any feature, content, or part of the game at any time, with or without notice.

5. Anonymous Identifiers and Rankings

Some of our games may use an automatically generated or platform-based anonymous identifier for features such as leaderboards, rankings, save association, fraud prevention, analytics, or gameplay integrity.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you are not required to create a traditional user account to use the game.

6. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The game may display advertisements and may integrate third-party services, software development kits, or platform tools provided by partners such as mobile operating system providers, analytics providers, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, cloud service providers, payment processors, leaderboard providers, or similar service providers.

These third-party services may collect, process, or receive information in accordance with their own terms, policies, and technical processes. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or policies.

7. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The game may offer optional in-app purchases, non-consumables, consumables, ad-removal products, premium features, or other virtual items or entitlements.

All purchases are processed by the applicable platform operator or payment provider, not directly by us, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable once processed.

Virtual items, game currency, game progress, rankings, unlocks, and similar digital content:

(a) have no real-world monetary value;

(b) do not constitute personal property;

(c) are licensed, not owned;

(d) may be modified, revoked, limited, or discontinued at any time as part of game operation, balancing, compliance, or service changes.

8. User Content and Communications

If the game allows usernames, ranking names, messages, reports, feedback, or other user-submitted content, you agree not to submit anything unlawful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

We may review, remove, restrict, or refuse such content at our discretion where reasonably necessary for operation, safety, compliance, or moderation.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding the game, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, implement, publish, and exploit that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

9. Privacy

Your use of the game is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, processed, and shared in connection with the game and integrated third-party services.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the game, in whole or in part, at any time if:

(a) you violate these Terms;

(b) we suspect fraud, abuse, cheating, unauthorized modification, or harmful activity;

(c) we are required to do so for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons;

(d) the relevant service or feature is discontinued.

Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms ends immediately.

11. Intellectual Property

The game, including its software, code, design, gameplay systems, visual assets, text, audio, music, logos, trademarks, titles, characters, interfaces, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to SyGame and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, always available, compatible with every device, or free from bugs, loss, delays, or harmful components.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment, except to the extent such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SyGame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of progress, loss of goodwill, loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, or device-related issues arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the game.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the game or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the game in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SyGame from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

(a) your misuse of the game;

(b) your violation of these Terms;

(c) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the game after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
